Peh TK started his aviation career with the Republic Singapore Air Force where he served for over 36 years flying an array of fighter jets as a Full Colonel and was one of the legendary Black Knights. He retired after serving several command and senior management positions to enter the commercial aviation industry specializing in developing flight training businesses. As President of ST Aerospace Academy, he started training centers in Singapore, Australia, and the USA. The company pioneered the multi-crew pilot license (MPL) for a myriad of Singapore based airlines as well as for Qatar Airways. Currently, as the Managing Director of Raffles Aviation International, he provides aviation training business consultancy to multiple airlines worldwide, as well as training for them. Joined RSAF in Airforce Wings Course 1977/78 Posted to 142 Squadron for the local A4 Skyhawk course. Then Attended QFI course in 1981 flying the Strikemaster BAC167. He was then Posted back to 142 Squadron for operational training and became Flight commander in 1991 for the Squadron. His excellence led to him becoming a Black Knight in 1994. After a long and illustrious career, retired from active duty in 1998, cementing himself as the pilot with the most number of flight hours on the A4 Skyhawk in the history of the RSAF. After retiring he became an instructor in ST Aerospace Academy and trained a multitude of cadet pilots for Qatar Airways, Tiger Airways and Scoot.
